Frustrated with Sales Strategy

I downloaded the app while looking for a specific solution during a night of insomnia. It did not meet the needs I was looking for, and actually removed the app. However, I not have received multiple emails from the week done sales team trying to convince me to continue. I have replied both times requesting they not contact me further as I did not find my specific need met with this app. I am frustrated that there is no unsubscribe in the emails they send me and that they did not honor my request to not be contacted.

I actually do think this is a potentially good product and I would have considered it had a need arisen in the future, but at this point the pushy sales pitch has turned me away.
